Marismix is your one-stop shop for fun, educational, and safe toys for kids of all ages! We handpick our toys to spark imagination, creativity, and hours of fun for your little ones.

Who are you and where are you located?

We’re a Slovak online store called MARISMIX, operated by 4imoex, s. r. o. Our company is based in Sliač, Slovakia, and we manage everything with love and dedication to making kids happy.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery ussualy takes 7–10 business days from dispatch. You’ll be updated at every step via email, and you can track your parcel online using the tracking link provided in your email or customer account. Please check current Shipping times or you casn Track Your Order here.

Can I pay with cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, cash on delivery is not available – due to international shipping, we currently offer secure card payments only.

Are marismix toys safe for children?

Absolutely! Safety is our #1 priority. All our toys meet European Union safety standards (CE certified), are non-toxic, and are made from child-safe materials. Always check the recommended age on each product.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over 50€! For orders under 50€, the shipping fee is 3.50€.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking information. You can track it anytime on our website under the Track your order page.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Oh no! We’re so sorry about that. Please contact us at info@marismix.com within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we’ll make it right—whether that’s sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

How do I contact customer support?

Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our trusted suppliers worldwide. This helps us offer a wide variety of toys at great prices! Some items may ship from different locations, so you might receive multiple packages.

Why is my order status is unfulfilled?

Due to high demand please allow 1-7 business days processing time for your parcel to leave our warehouse.

Rest assured, once shipped, your parcel will be delivered with our trusted shipping partner. Please note, this excludes weekends and public holidays. Shipping time may vary from country to country. For further informations please check Shipping info.

Tracking says delivered

If you can't locate your package, please check around your property, including all entry points and your garage, to make sure it hasn't been placed in an unexpected place. It's also worth asking anyone you live with and your neighbors if they've seen it.

If your package is still nowhere to be found, please try reaching out to the delivery carrier. Make sure to provide them with your tracking number and any additional information they may need. Sometimes, packages end up being held for pickup at a nearby post office, so the carrier might have more details on your package.

If your package remains missing even after contacting the carrier, please reach out to us via our Contact Form or email us at info@marismix.com and include any case or reference numbers provided by the carrier. We'll do our best to assist you further.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

If you need to adjust your order, please contact us promptly using our Contact Form. Provide us with your order number, email address, and details of the changes you need within 24 hours after placing the order.

We work hard to ensure delivery from all of our warehouse, which means once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes.

We apologize, we can't cancel an order once it is placed.
